On September 5, 2026, the grand opening of a new public space, «Gazprom Park,» took place in Ukhta, Komi Republic. The project was implemented as part of Gazprom’s charitable activities, on the initiative of Gazprom Transgaz Ukhta LLC.
A sailing center has opened in the Sirius Federal Territory.
The center is equipped with classrooms for theory lessons, gyms, a dining hall, and a repair workshop.
The complex includes a sailing academy, a kiteboarding and windsurfing training facility, and a boathouse. These facilities will be part of the first phase.
The project was developed in cooperation with the architectural bureau ATRIUM
The Gazprom Park project in Ukhta won the 11th All-Russian competition for the best projects to create a comfortable urban environment in 2026.

On April 15, Arch Group International presented “Sleepbox” in Yale University’s #SleepRevolution project (USA). The event, which was attended by more than 400 graduate students and professors, was devoted to new technologies and methods that promote better sleep and a healthy lifestyle.
The head of the bureau, Alexey Goryainov, spoke about the Radisson Blu project and the protection of authorship of architectural solutions, as well as control over compliance with the architect’s original intent during implementation, in an interview on the Moscow Architectural Council’s portal. We are pleased to announce that Arch Group, with the project for the Seasons retail-and-office gallery, took first place in the “Office +” competition, organized on the PinWin online platform together with Hewlett-Packard, where the main prize was an HP DesignJet T520 wide-format printer. Our project received the highest score both in the public vote and from the jury.
On May 21, at the closing ceremony of the “Golden Section” festival, the results of the review-competition were announced, within which Arch Group’s project “Concept for a Memorial Complex on the Territory of the Auschwitz II (Auschwitz) Concentration Camp” was awarded a diploma in the “Conceptual Project” category. For us, the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz is an occasion to once again reflect on those events and their significance for contemporary society. The first capsule hotel Sleepbox Hotel Tverskaya opened in Moscow. Fifty double Sleepboxes along with regular single rooms are located on 3 floors of the building. Single rooms and hotel interior are also designed by Arch group.
